Product Reviewing: Wmns Air Max Moto+ Shoes used with the Nike+ sport kit
About Me:
I exercise 4-5 times a week and mostly go to group fitness classes; lifting weights, doing aerobics, and thai kickboxing. Occasionally I'll do a run if I'm short on time and can't make it to the gym. If I go "around the block", it's a 5 km circuit and if I’m out running that's my usual route. I'm a really slow runner but I do enjoy being out in the fresh air for a workout.
Fitness Goals:
I'm working on my increasing my overall fitness. I like to feel good about myself and comfortable in my own skin and working out helps me feel that way.
First Impression:
I ♥ my Moto's so much! They are the best runner I've ever had and have never given me a blister or grief.
Training with product:
I'd never used an iPod before but quickly found it is very easy to use and operate. While on a run, I liked checking in every once in a while to see how much farther I had gone and I would always be talking myself into going just a little bit farther or keep running as fast as I could until the song I was on finished. Back at home, after opening my free Nike+ account at nikeplus.com.au, the iPod automatically loaded all my completed workouts onto my personal account and I was able to compare how I'd done to other previous workouts. It's so easy, you literally just plug the iPod up to the computer and it's all done!
Overall summary:
Doing the Nike+ challenge kept me from the gym for the challenge's 3 week duration. I started out with my 5 km circuit, but if I was doing it more than once a week it got pretty boring. I found myself running/walking to other destinations in great big loops and driving to parks to run. Every day I was trying to beat how far or fast I'd gone the day before. I went from doing 5kms to 10kms to 15kms and then was convincing myself I should go out and do 25kms over the weekend. Nike+ is great fun and so motivating, I would definitely recommend it for anyone who enjoys walking and/or running in their fitness routine.
