The Nike+ SportBand launched in June 2008. Used in conjunction with a pair of Nike+ compatible shoes this product tracks distance, pace, time and calories burned.

How the SportBand/Nike+ shoes performed on the event day
The shoes were amazing!! I never had any problems with my feet or legs throughout the event or the days following. The light weight, breathable shoe assisted in making the run easier and more enjoyable for me. In my past I have had numerous lower leg injuries and this was the first time in many years I have never had major issues.
