Zelus Nike Stores

The following policy applies for all product purchased from a Zelus Nike Store or Nike Women Store (excluding purchases made at our concession areas within MYER.)

At Zelus we pride ourselves on our customer service and providing our customers with the most enjoyable shopping experience possible.

We appreciate that you want to shop with confidence, knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can simply return it to any Zelus Nike Store or Nike Women Store (excluding concession stores within MYER) and we will provide you with an exchange, refund or repair within the following guidelines.

If you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, ZELUS will happily provide you with an exchange, refund or repair as follows.

If you have simply changed your mind, ZELUS will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided:

the item is in a re-sellable condition for example:
- the original tags and labels are still attached;
- the item is in its original packaging (if any); and
- the item is unworn, unused and as sold
- the item must be returned within 21 days of purchase
- exchange only will be provided on items purchased on Sale

If you wish to return an item that you believe is faulty, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.

If you do not have proof of purchase

We are unable to provide an exchange, refund or repair without proof of purchase.

Gift Vouchers

Please note we do not offer exchange or refund for change of mind on ZELUS Gift Cards / Vouchers.

General

We will refund using your original payment method, or on Gift Voucher where appropriate at our discretion.

This Policy operates in addition to your statutory rights for returns of faulty goods.

Myer Stores

The following applies for all product purchases at Zelus Nike Store or Nike Women Concession Store areas within MYER only.

Please note that only product purchased at MYER can be returned to MYER.
